Kindly ensure that you return the order within 7 days and that it is unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns are not applicable for customized or altered outfits. However, if there is an issue with a customized or altered outfit, we will be happy to assist you by fixing it. As a sustainable brand, we also offer post- alteration services to minimize wastage.

Cancellation policy :

We highly prioritize your entitlement to cancel an order. Should you choose to do so, you have the liberty to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing it. Upon cancellation, we will process your refund within 30 days. In the event that you wish to cancel the order after the initial 24-hour period, we will gladly provide you with store credits that can be utilized towards your future purchases.
